55ji Terms & Conditions

Accessing or using 55ji in any way — including browsing the platform, registering an account, depositing funds, or placing bets — constitutes your full acceptance of these Terms. These Terms apply in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and 55ji.

If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of another person or entity, you confirm that you have the authority to bind them to these Terms. 55ji reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at any time without obligation to provide a reason.

To use 55ji, you must meet all of the following requirements at the time of registration and throughout your use of the Platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are accessing the Platform from the Philippines.
• You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion order on any gambling platform.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You have not previously had a 55ji account closed or terminated for a rule violation.

55ji may request proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension pending review.

When you register on 55ji, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for keeping your account details up to date. Providing false information during registration — including false age, name, or contact details — is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.

55ji applies Know Your Customer (KYC) verification to confirm account identity. You may be required to submit a valid government-issued ID, proof of address, and additional documentation before withdrawals are processed. KYC is a one-time process unless your account details change or additional verification is required for compliance purposes.

• One account per person — creating duplicate accounts is prohibited.
• Account sharing is not allowed; your account is personal and non-transferable.
• Notify 55ji immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

All transactions on 55ji are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Deposits and withdrawals are processed through supported local payment channels, including Philippine online and mobile banking, bank transfer, and e-wallets. Cryptocurrency and credit cards are not accepted as payment methods.

Withdrawals are released to the same payment method used for the deposit where possible. Processing times vary by payment channel. Completed KYC verification is required before any withdrawal is approved. 55ji reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on withdrawal requests where there is reason to do so.

All bets placed on 55ji are subject to the rules displayed within each game or sports betting market. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable game rules and paytable or odds for that market.

• All bets are final once confirmed. Errors made in bet placement are the player's responsibility.
• 55ji reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where there is a clear pricing error.
• In-play bets are subject to the odds available at the moment of placement, not at the time of browsing.
• Slot and casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator systems.
• Sports bet settlement follows the official result declared by the relevant governing body or league.

55ji may suspend or restrict betting markets at any time due to operational requirements, irregular activity, or technical issues. When a market is suspended, no new bets will be accepted until it reopens or is settled.

55ji may offer bonuses, cashback, and promotional rewards to eligible players from time to time. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which will be displayed when the promotion is active. General bonus rules include:

• Bonuses are credited to eligible accounts and are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• Bonuses may not be combined unless explicitly stated in the promotion terms.
• 55ji reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time.
• Players who attempt to abuse promotional offers — through multiple accounts, collusion, or other means — will have bonuses forfeited and may have their account suspended.

55ji is committed to supporting responsible gaming for all Filipino players. Deposit limits, session time controls, and self-exclusion tools are available directly within your account settings. Players who wish to take a break from the Platform may request a temporary or permanent exclusion at any time by contacting customer support.

Self-exclusion requests are processed as quickly as possible. During a self-exclusion period, the excluded player's account will be inaccessible and no new accounts may be opened under the same identity. 55ji will honour self-exclusion requests and will not use marketing communications to invite excluded players back to the Platform.

55ji reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time, with or without notice, if we have reason to believe that a player has breached these Terms. Grounds for suspension or closure include, but are not limited to:

• Providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC.
• Creating duplicate accounts or allowing another person to use your account.
• Attempting to defraud the Platform or other players.
• Use of automated software, bots, or any unfair technical advantage.
• Behaviour that is abusive, threatening, or harmful toward 55ji staff or other users.

Where an account is closed due to a Terms breach, any bonus balance may be forfeited. Real-money balances deposited by the player will be reviewed and returned in accordance with applicable procedures, except where fraud or criminal activity is confirmed.

55ji collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By registering on the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in that policy. Your data will not be sold to third parties for marketing purposes. 55ji provides the Platform on an "as is" basis. While we work to maintain reliable service, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and are not liable for losses arising from technical failures, third-party outages, or events beyond our reasonable control.

55ji is not liable for any loss of winnings, data, or account access caused by a player's failure to maintain account security, including sharing login credentials or OTP codes with third parties.

55ji may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised. Continued use of the Platform following any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
